Description:
Under subcontract to The Carsey Institute, UNH, we are identifying, categorizing, and mapping food insecure areas in New Hampshire, access to types of food providers, and diet-related morbidity and mortality. Mapping will allow researchers to uncover the spatial relationships describing access to healthy foods by people coping with food insecurity, and link those relationships to the areas of the state with high and low prevalence of dietary-related health outcomes.
