Per agreement through PREP (Piscataqua Region
Estuaries Partnership), they delivered
a single metadata record (in From_Vendor folder)
and GRANIT then generated all of the tile-specific 
records (in Metadata folder).  Tile-specific records were 
generated from files in FilestoGenerateMetadata
folder.
